Mina AI
Menopause & perimenopause tracker

A menopause tracker app that helps you make sense of it

Hot flushes on Tuesday, a 3am wake-up on Thursday, a word you couldn't find on Friday. On their own they're easy to dismiss. Logged together, they show a pattern. Mina makes logging take seconds, shows you what keeps coming back, and turns it into something you can take to your GP.

Coming soon to iPhone and Android. General information and wellbeing support — not medical advice.

What you can track

Log it in seconds, see it over weeks

Symptoms, and how strong they felt

Hot flushes, night sweats, insomnia, mood swings, brain fog, fatigue, anxiety and palpitations: tap what you felt and how strong it was, in seconds.

Sleep

How long and how well you slept, and what woke you, so you can see what changes your nights.

Periods

Period days and flow, on a calendar alongside your symptoms, as cycles become less predictable.

Meals

Snap a photo of a meal for a quick nutrition read, and add it to your day.

Walk into your GP appointment with the facts

Ten minutes isn't long to explain three months. Mina turns what you've logged into a clear one- or two-page summary: how often each symptom came up and how strong it usually was, your sleep, your periods — plus the questions you want to ask.

  • Pick the last month or the last 3 months
  • Print it, email it or AirDrop it from your phone
  • Made on your phone. Nothing is sent anywhere

A record of what you logged, in your own words — not a diagnosis.

More than a tracker

Someone to talk it through with

Ask Mina about anything you've logged, out loud or in chat, whenever you need to. She explains what might be going on, listens, and tells you when it's worth seeing your GP. Every Monday there's a short note from Mina, and the Learn library covers everything from hot flushes to sleep and getting the most from your GP appointment.

Honest by design

Your data, your call

Your logs, profile and chats are stored on your phone. When you use an AI feature — chatting, talking to Mina, a meal photo, a tip — what that feature needs is sent through our server to Anthropic or Google to write Mina's reply. They don't use it to train their AI, and our server keeps no copy. Create an account and your logs are also backed up in London, where other users can't see them; you can delete everything from inside the app. We never sell your data or use it for advertising. Exactly what goes where.

Questions

Menopause tracker app: common questions

Is there an app for menopause and perimenopause?

Yes. Mina is a menopause and perimenopause companion app: you log symptoms, sleep and periods, see your patterns, talk things through with Mina and take a summary to your GP. It's coming soon to iPhone and Android, and you can join the free beta now.

Is the Mina menopause tracker app free?

Joining the beta is free. Tracking your symptoms, sleep and periods, the calendar and the Learn library are free to use.

Is there a perimenopause tracker app for Android?

Mina is coming to Android as well as iPhone. Join the beta list and choose Android, and we'll email you as soon as it's ready.

What should I track in perimenopause?

The symptoms that affect your day (hot flushes, night sweats, sleep, mood, brain fog, anxiety, palpitations), how strong each one felt, your periods and how you slept. Two to three weeks of notes is enough to spot a pattern and to take to your GP.

Can a menopause app tell me if I am in perimenopause?

No app can diagnose perimenopause, and Mina doesn't try. What it can do is give you a clear record of what's been happening, so your conversation with your GP starts from facts. Mina is general information and wellbeing support, not medical advice.

Is my health data safe in a menopause app?

With Mina your logs, profile and chats are stored on your phone. AI features send only what they need to write Mina's reply, and nothing is used to train AI. Backups are kept in London if you create an account, and you can delete everything from inside the app. We never sell your data.
